Recruiterflow Review: What You Need to Know

R

Recruiterflow is a recruitment software with features that help make the entire recruitment process more efficient for recruiting businesses.

Recruiterflow is designed to streamline the recruitment process and save businesses valuable time. Efficient, streamlined processes are particularly important for SaaS businesses that need to be able to quickly solve clients issues. So, when launching your SaaS strategy, keep this type of software in mind.

This Recruiterflow review will outline the software’s features, pros and cons, and pricing plans to help you determine if it’d be the best fit for your company.

Let’s dive right in.

Recruiterflow Features

Recruiterflow’s features can be broken down into five categories; applicant tracking software, recruitment CRM, Sequences, recruiting automation, and reports as shown below.

Let’s take a closer look at each category and examine the key features under each.

ATS

Applicant tracking helps you manage the recruitment process from top to bottom, and Recruiterflow’s Pipeline management feature is particularly helpful in this regard.

The visual custom hiring pipeline feature lets you track applicants’ interactions with the company, as shown below. Having a visual representation of the applicants’ journey provides great insight for crucial recruitment decisions.

Job posting software allows you to promote an open position on multiple boards more efficiently. As well as that, advanced search, automated resume parsing, and applicant scorecards (see example below) save time by identifying suitable candidates and assessing resumes more efficiently.

The tagging in notes, bulk emails and texts, and click-to-call and texting functions help to make communication with clients more streamlined. Finally, the chrome extension is another excellent feature, enabling you to keep all data in one place and avoid switching between tabs.

CRM

Visual deal pipelines make it easy to keep track of each applicant, with all their information on one timeline. The client portal allows you to do the same with clients, as shown below. These features help you to maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.

You can also automate recruiting sales with the sales productivity features, allowing you to source candidates and close deals more efficiently. Finally, sales collaboration features allow for more open communication with staff and clients.

Sequences

You can automate email sequences with Recruiterflow’s applicant tracking software and CRM. This makes the outreach process much more efficient and helps you keep up to date with all applicants, with relative emails at all touchpoints.

As well as that,  the contact finder helps you get in contact with more high-value applicants. Inbox safety helps to control send rates and avoid landing in clients’ spam folders. Similarly, as shown below, email analytics and reporting tell you what is working and what is not.

This provides great insight to guide future email sequences and other interactions with clients and applicants.

Recruiting Automation

Automation saves you a lot of time by taking care of small day-to-day tasks, allowing you to focus on more pressing matters. You can set up triggers and automated actions, as shown below, to streamline the recruitment process.

This streamlined process also makes for a much better candidate experience. With automated processes, candidates are never left waiting for further communication.

Reports

As shown below, you can track the performance of individual recruiters within your team. Similar reports showing KPIs and activity tracking data can also be accessed under the reports feature.

These reports can be used to guide future interactions with clients and candidates or to give pointers to individual recruiters to improve their performance. In addition, you can also customize your dashboard by adding specific filters to show the data that you feel is most important.

Recruiterflow Pricing

Recruiterflow has three pricing options; Growth at $99 per month, Scale at $109 per month, and Enterprise at $129 per month. See the screenshot below for a concise breakdown of the options and their features.

Also, note that these prices are “per user” prices. So, with the Growth option for example, if you have ten people on a recruitment team who use the software, it will cost $99 per month for each member of your team ($990).

Now, let’s go through each pricing option in more detail.

Growth

For $99 per month, you get access to features like applicant tracking, recruiting CRM, email and calendar sync, and task management. This option also includes job postings, job boards, branded careers page, five custom fields, and unlimited jobs.

This pricing plan is a great starting option for smaller businesses. You get all the basic requirements for a recruitment team at a reasonable price.

Scale

You get all the Growth features plus additional recruitment tools for $109. The additional features include email sequences, access control, Zapier integration, unlimited custom fields, and up to 100,000 API calls per day.

These additional features cost just $10 more than the Growth option. This, again, is a very reasonable price as the additional features can be very valuable for mid-sized recruiting teams. For instance, email sequencing saves time, which can be spent on other recruitment tasks.

Enterprise

This option has all the Scale features, as well as recruitment automation, priority support, a dedicated account manager, custom SLAs and 500,000 API calls per day for $129 per month. Again, the price difference between options is low, just $20 more than the Scale option.

All three pricing options provide good value for money, and $99 per month is a reasonable starting price with solid set of features to cover all the basics for a small recruitment team.

The Scale and Enterprise options provide good options for larger units, with features like additional API calls, integrations, support, and automation.

Recruiterflow Pros and Cons

Now that we’ve gone through the features of Recruiterflow and the pricing options let’s break down the pros and cons.

Pros

Positive reviews mainly mentioned the reasonable pricing options, and how valuable the applicant tracking and pipeline management features were. See the list of additional pros below:

  • Easy to navigate
  • Good value for money at all price points
  • Automation streamlines the recruitment process
  • Applicant tracking and pipeline management that helps keep track of all candidates
  • Chrome plugin that keeps all data in one place
  • Detailed analytics and reports that provide actionable insight to your clients and team performance

Good value and easy navigation are both very important as these are two of the main things that consumers consider when looking for recruitment software.

Cons

Most negative Recruiterflow reviews referred to the need for a mobile app and better integrations. However, here’s a list of some of the cons we noticed:

  • No mobile app
  • Integration issues
  • Syncing issues with chrome extension and multi-user accounts
  • Occasional glitches

Although these issues can be frustrating for users, notice that the pros of Recruiterflow still outweigh the cons

In Closing

Recruiterflow is an excellent recruitment software. It has a wide range of features to help you with all aspects of recruitment and is reasonably priced. The software as a whole is straightforward to navigate and provides cutting-edge recruiting automation tools and detailed analytics and reporting.

The slight downside is that Recruiterflow has perhaps not been modernized and adapted enough. For example, there is no mobile app for customers to use on the go. There have also been syncing issues, glitches, and problems integrating with other software.

These are a couple of issues that should be considered; however, Recruiterflow is still a great tool to help streamline your recruitment process.
